Three ways to let, one goal: to grow the value of your home.
Short-term rentals
The home goes on Airbnb, Booking.com and the other platforms. Prices move with the season, we welcome the guests, we coordinate cleaning and maintenance. Every month you receive the statement.
Long-term and mid-term rentals
4+4 agreed-rent contracts and mid-term lets of up to twelve months, ideal for people moving for work or study, with less turnover than a short-term rental.
Interior design
A home is prepared properly before it is let. We choose furniture, materials and finishes meant to give guests a five-star stay, and we oversee the building work if there is any. Every job is assessed case by case, with a quote.

All the questionsHow much does the service cost?
A percentage of confirmed bookings. No monthly fee: if the home doesn't earn, you don't pay. The percentage depends on the service and the city, and we put it in writing in the estimate.
What do I receive every month?
The statement: bookings, expenses and our commission, line by line. If you want to check before the month is over, there's our app. All the arrangements are agreed with you and written into the contract.
Who pays for cleaning between guests?
The guest, through the cleaning fee included in the booking. The owner doesn't pay anything up front.
Can I still use the home myself?
Yes. Tell us the dates you want to keep for yourself a little in advance and we block them on every platform. The home stays yours.
