Where we manage homes, neighbourhood by neighbourhood
Our office is in Turin. In the other cities we work with the same method: a visit, getting the home ready, day-to-day management and a monthly statement.
We manage short-, mid- and long-term rentals in Turin, Milan, Rome, Genoa, Savona, Palermo and Olbia. Below, city by city, is how a home is let through the year and the neighbourhoods where we look after properties. If your area isn't listed, write to us anyway: we'll tell you straight away, so you don't waste your time.
Turin
Piedmont
The city of our office: the centre, San Salvario, Crocetta, Vanchiglia. Short stays around events, and mid-term rentals for people who work or study here.

The centre, Pittulongu, Porto Rotondo, Golfo Aranci. A high-demand summer close to the sea, and mid-term rentals for people working at the port and the airport.

How far we reach, region by region
Each of the seven cities above has its own page, and each one covers its province. But our coverage is counted in regions, not cities: some homes are outside these seven provinces, and it's worth saying so rather than pretending that an administrative border matches our work.
On the western Ligurian Riviera we look after homes in Sanremo and Cipressa, in the province of Imperia. In the mountains, at Roisan and Gressoney in the Aosta Valley and at Prato Nevoso, in the province of Cuneo. In Sardinia, at Orosei, in the province of Nuoro. In Lazio, at Viterbo. In Sicily, at Marzamemi, in the province of Syracuse.
In France, on the French Riviera, we look after the villas of the Maison Luxury selection with our French partners: Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Le Cannet, Antibes, Vallauris, Tourrettes-sur-Loup.

How we work outside Turin
We have one office, in Turin, in Via Pier Dionigi Pinelli 88: in the other six cities we have no offices open to the public and we don't pretend to. What each city does have is the people who open the door to guests, the cleaning teams and the technicians we have worked with for a long time.
The service is the same everywhere: a free visit, photographs, listings, prices updated with the season and the city's events, welcoming guests, cleaning, routine maintenance and a monthly statement. The seasons and the rules are what change: the tourist tax, the identification codes and the notifications differ from one council to the next, and each city page links to the council's own rules.
We do the visit in person outside Turin too. If the home is outside the areas we cover, we tell you on the first call.
