In Turin we look after homes in the centre, San Salvario, Crocetta and the other neighbourhoods nearby: short-, mid- or long-term rentals, with listings, prices, guests, cleaning and maintenance handled by us and a statement every month. The visit is free.

Turin is the city where we started and where our office is, in Via Pier Dionigi Pinelli. It’s the city we know best, home by home. People who come for a few nights are here for the exhibitions, the Salone del Libro book fair, football matches and concerts, and the ATP Finals in November; people who stay a few months work at the Politecnico or the University, are on a hospital placement or are overseeing a building project.

That’s why in Turin we often suggest alternating short- and mid-term lets in the same flat: full during events, with a steady tenant in the quieter months. The homes that earn most are in the centre and in the neighbourhoods well served by the metro. If yours is in one of them, we come and see it the same day.

Where we have homes in the province of Turin

We don't only work in the city. In the province of Turin we look after homes in Bardonecchia, Robassomero and Sauze d'Oulx. They are managed like the ones in the centre: the same visit, the same statement, the same person to write to.

Further afield we look after homes in the Aosta Valley, at Roisan and Gressoney, and at Prato Nevoso, in the province of Cuneo: a mountain home is let in the snow season and in the summer, and we manage it like any other.

We also work in Milan, Rome, Genoa, Savona, Palermo and Olbia; the full list of the areas is on the cities page.

Questions about Turin

All the questions
Can you let a home in Turin in winter?

Yes, but at a different pace: November brings the ATP Finals and the art fairs, December and January the lights and the Christmas markets, then demand drops. In the slow months we suggest a mid-term let to someone who works or studies in the city.

How does the tourist tax work in Turin?

The city council applies it, per person and per night, under its own rules: rates, exemptions and deadlines are on the council's website, linked on this page. How it's handled for your home we agree with you at the start; for tax matters, your accountant is the reference.

Do you do property visits in Turin too?

Yes: we arrange a visit and tell you in person what the home needs and what it could earn. If the home is outside the areas we cover, we tell you straight away, so you don’t waste your time.

How much does the service cost?

A percentage of confirmed bookings. No monthly fee: if the home doesn't earn, you don't pay. The percentage depends on the service and the city, and we put it in writing in the estimate.

What do I receive every month?

The statement: bookings, expenses and our commission, line by line. If you want to check before the month is over, there's our app. All the arrangements are agreed with you and written into the contract.

What could your home earn in Turin?
