Staying in Turin

Flats a few minutes from Porta Nuova and Porta Susa stations and from the metro, in the city where we have our office.

Turin is where we started and where our office is, in Via Pier Dionigi Pinelli: it's the city we know best, home by home. Our flats are in the centre and in the neighbourhoods around it — San Salvario, Crocetta, Vanchiglia, Cit Turin and Cenisia.

Outside the city we look after homes in the mountains of the province, at Bardonecchia and Sauze d'Oulx, and in Robassomero. Further out, there are homes at Roisan and Gressoney in the Aosta Valley and at Prato Nevoso, in the province of Cuneo: mountain places, for the snow season and for the summer.

We also have homes in Milan, Rome, Genoa, Savona, Palermo and Olbia. If you own a home in Turin, this is how we manage it.

Getting there, and getting in

Most of our flats are a few minutes from Porta Nuova and Porta Susa, the two main railway stations, and from the metro.

The arrival instructions reach you before you travel: the code for the door, where to park, and our own notes on the neighbourhood — where to have breakfast, the nearest market, the right stop.

Check-in, cleaning and what happens if something breaks work the same way in every city: how staying with us works.

Turin through the year

People come to Turin for a few nights for the exhibitions, the Salone del Libro book fair, football matches and concerts. November brings the ATP Finals and the art fairs; December and January, the lights and the Christmas markets.

The tourist tax

Turin charges a tourist tax on short stays — the imposta di soggiorno — per person and per night. The rate and the exemptions are set by the council and change from time to time: the current ones are on the City of Turin website (in Italian).

Staying for a few months

Turin is also a city people come to for a few months: to work or study at the Politecnico or the University, for a hospital placement, to oversee a building project. For those stays we have furnished homes let from one to twelve months, with the bills and the building's running costs already sorted, and one person to write to.

Stays like these aren't booked through the platforms: tell us the dates, how many of you there are and why you're coming, and we'll tell you what we have.
