Flats by Villa Borghese, in the Nomentano and in Monteverde, with directions from Fiumicino airport and from Termini station.
Where our homes are
Neighbourhoods
- Pinciano
- Nomentano
- Monteverde
- Ponte Mammolo
Our homes in Rome are outside the historic centre, and we'd rather say so first: in the Pinciano, next to Villa Borghese; in the Nomentano, a few steps from the Bologna stop on metro line B; in Monteverde, near Trastevere station, where the FL1 trains from Fiumicino stop; and towards Ponte Mammolo, also on line B.
Elsewhere in Lazio we also look after a home in Viterbo.
We also have homes in Turin, Milan, Genoa, Savona, Palermo and Olbia. If you own a home in Rome, this is how we manage it.
Getting there, and getting in
Your arrival guide explains how to get there from Fiumicino and from Termini, how you get in, our notes on the neighbourhood and how to reach us for anything you need during your stay.
In Rome we're particular about three things: a listing that tells the truth about the home, check-in with no waiting, and the city's rules followed properly. The rules on short-term rentals here change often, and keeping up with them is our job, not yours.
Check-in, cleaning and what happens if something breaks work the same way in every city: how staying with us works.
Rome through the year
Rome has visitors in every month of the year. There are fewer peaks than in other cities, and people come for a few nights in the quieter months too.
The tourist tax
Rome charges a tourist tax on short stays — the contributo di soggiorno — per person and per night. The rate and the exemptions are set by the council and change from time to time: the current ones are on the Roma Capitale website (in Italian).

Staying for a few months
Rome also has a steady flow of people who come for a few months to work at embassies, universities and institutions. If that's you, we have homes let from one to twelve months.
Stays like these aren't booked through the platforms: tell us the dates, how many of you there are and why you're coming, and we'll tell you what we have.
