Born in Turin, one home at a time

We are a property management company based in Turin, founded in 2019. We look after homes let short, mid and long term, and the people who stay in them for a few nights or a few months.

We started in Turin with a simple idea: to manage a rented home the way you manage your own, with the same order and the same care. Good photographs, listings that tell the truth, guests welcomed properly, a clear statement every month.

We took that way of working to Milan, Rome, Genoa, Savona, Palermo and Olbia. In France, on the French Riviera, we look after the villas of the Maison Luxury selection together with our partners there. Every city has its own rules and its own seasons: we know them, and they are the first thing we talk about at the property visit.

We don't promise returns. We say what the service includes, what it costs and what happens if something goes wrong. The rest is shown by the homes we manage, by guests who give us an average rating of 4.5 out of 5, and by the people who get in touch again the following year.
