Work with us

We manage homes and welcome guests in seven Italian regions, from Bardonecchia to Marzamemi. We're looking for precise, responsive people who can keep a home and a working day in order.

What it's like to work here

The work shows: an owner who gets the statement without having to ask, a guest who gets into the home at the first attempt, a light bulb changed before anyone reports it. The people who work with us look after real homes and real people, in different cities, with room to make decisions.

We look for attention to detail, clear Italian and English on the phone and in writing, and the ability to keep track of lots of small things without dropping any.

The jobs involved

A well-run home takes many pairs of hands.

  • Answering guestsBefore, during and after the stay, in Italian and in English.
  • Meeting guests in personWhen check-in with a code isn't enough.
  • Cleaning and linenBetween stays, checking that nothing is missing in the home.
  • Small repairsAnd calling the right technician when needed.
  • Listings and statementsKeeping the listings up to date, adjusting prices to the season, preparing the monthly statements.
  • Property visitsLooking after owners from the first phone call to the signed contract.

These aren't separate roles on an org chart: on busy days everyone does a bit of everything, and that's the first thing to know before you write to us.

Applications

We have no open positions at the moment. We do read every speculative application, though, and when we're looking for someone, that's where we start. Write us a few lines about yourself, the city you live in and what you can do, through the contact form with the subject “Working with us”: we reply either way.

We work in Turin, Milan, Rome, Genoa, Savona, Palermo, Olbia: tell us which of these cities you're in, and whether you can travel. The office is in Turin, at Via Pier Dionigi Pinelli 88; in the other cities the work is done on site, in the homes.
