Furnishing and home staging for people who let

What we do

Interior design, home staging, 3D renders and renovation: we shape homes made to welcome guests and to be remembered by them.

Interior design

The design of the interiors: how the space is divided, the colours, the furniture and the light, planned for someone who sleeps there for a few nights and for someone who stays a few months.

Home staging

When the home is already there and needs presenting: furniture and fabrics that can stand up to fifty arrivals a year, equipment chosen with both the guest and the cleaner in mind, and the photographs for the listings.

3D renders

Before you spend anything, you see it: a three-dimensional render of the home as designed, so you decide by looking rather than imagining.

Renovation and decorating

When furnishing isn't enough and work needs doing. And in period homes, stucco, cornices and parquet that are worth restoring rather than covering up.

Floor plan of a flat: the rooms, the walls and the staircase
It always starts here: where the walls are, and where they'd be better off.

Renovation and design

A well-presented home gets more bookings, at a better price. When it's needed, we put it in order with you before it goes online — and sometimes furnishing isn't enough: it has to be redone.

  2. 02What's already thereIn the period homes we look after in Turin, Milan and Rome there are stucco mouldings, cornices and parquet floors worth restoring rather than covering up.
  3. 03What you chooseFurniture and fabrics that stand up to fifty arrivals a year, and fittings designed for the person who arrives and the person who cleans.

We only step in where it changes the result, and before any expense we send you a quote.

  • A walnut surface with a dark, glossy grain

    The wood of the top

  • A dark brown velvet daybed with a bolster cushion and a walnut frame

    A piece that lasts

  • A chair with a smoked-glass seat and back on a thin metal frame

    And one that stands out

The atmospheres we aim for

Reference photographs, not homes we manage: they show the tone we look for when we prepare a home. The real homes, with their names, are in the gallery on the home page.

  • A bedroom with wood-panelled walls, a blue throw, a zebra rug and a bedside lamp
  • A pale bed in an alcove, with a wooden shelf and two pendant lamps
  • A dark living room with a leather armchair, a Persian rug and a black-and-white film projected on the wall

Questions about interior design

How much does it cost?

It depends on how much needs doing, which is why there is no price list: we start with a visit, and before any money is spent we send you a quote. You decide what to do and what not to.

Does the home have to be renovated?

No. Often furnishing is enough: the right furniture, fabrics and fittings, and good photographs. We step in only where it makes a difference.

Can I see the design before work starts?

Yes: with a three-dimensional render you see the home as designed before you spend anything.

Let's talk about your home.

Tell us what it's like and what you'd like to do with it: we'll call you back to arrange a visit. It takes four fields.
