Olbia is the gateway to Gallura, and most of our homes in the area are near the sea. Besides the town, Pittulongu, Golfo Aranci and San Pantaleo, we look after homes in Cannigione, Costa Serena, Liscia di Vacca, Palau, Porto Cervo, Porto Istana, Porto Rotondo, San Teodoro, Santa Teresa Gallura and Viddalba.

Further south, on the east coast, we also have a home in Orosei, in the province of Nuoro.

We also have homes in Turin, Milan, Rome, Genoa, Savona and Palermo. If you own a home in Olbia, this is how we manage it.

Getting there, and getting in

Before you travel you get directions from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport and from the port, which beach to choose, where to do the shopping, and who to write to if you need anything during your holiday.

Here, more than anywhere, parking and air conditioning matter. Every listing says whether the home has them.

Check-in, cleaning and what happens if something breaks work the same way in every city: how staying with us works.

Olbia through the year

The airport and the port connect Olbia with the mainland all year round. From June to September it's one of the most sought-after places in Italy, so it's worth booking early. Outside the summer it's a working town, and much quieter.

The tourist tax

Olbia charges a tourist tax on short stays — the imposta di soggiorno — per person and per night. The rate and the exemptions are set by the council and change from time to time: the current ones are on the City of Olbia website (in Italian).

Staying for a few months

Outside the summer, people come to work at the port, at the airport and for the companies in the area, for a few months at a time. We have homes for them too, let from one to twelve months.

Stays like these aren't booked through the platforms: tell us the dates, how many of you there are and why you're coming, and we'll tell you what we have.
