In Olbia we look after homes in the centre, Pittulongu, Porto Rotondo and the other neighbourhoods nearby: short-, mid- or long-term rentals, with listings, prices, guests, cleaning and maintenance handled by us and a statement every month. The visit is free.
Olbia is the gateway to Gallura: its airport and port connect it with the mainland all year round, and from June to September demand is among the highest in Italy. In summer a home in Olbia, at Pittulongu or towards Porto Rotondo is let for short stays at high prices; the rest of the year demand changes and comes from people working at the port, at the airport and for companies in the area, for periods of a few months. Managing a home here means preparing the season well, from the pricing calendar to the cleaning between one arrival and the next, and not leaving it idle in winter.
The homes that earn most are close to the sea or the centre, with parking and air conditioning. When we visit, we assess the home and propose a calendar for the whole year.

How does the tourist tax work in Olbia?
The city council applies it, per person and per night, under its own rules: rates, exemptions and deadlines are on the council's website, linked on this page. How it's handled for your home we agree with you at the start; for tax matters, your accountant is the reference.
Do you do property visits in Olbia too?
Yes: we arrange a visit and tell you in person what the home needs and what it could earn. If the home is outside the areas we cover, we tell you straight away, so you don’t waste your time.
How much does the service cost?
A percentage of confirmed bookings. No monthly fee: if the home doesn't earn, you don't pay. The percentage depends on the service and the city, and we put it in writing in the estimate.
What do I receive every month?
The statement: bookings, expenses and our commission, line by line. If you want to check before the month is over, there's our app. All the arrangements are agreed with you and written into the contract.
