In Milan we look after homes in Brera, Navigli, Porta Romana and the other neighbourhoods nearby: short-, mid- or long-term rentals, with listings, prices, guests, cleaning and maintenance handled by us and a statement every month. The visit is free.

In Milan demand doesn’t have just one season. There are the weeks of the trade fairs and the Salone del Mobile, when the city is full and prices go up; and there are the months when the people asking for a home are professionals on assignment, doctors and researchers, and university students, for stays of one to twelve months. The two kinds of demand live side by side, and the choice between a short-term and a mid-term let depends on the area and on how the home is laid out.

A one-bedroom flat in Brera or on the Navigli works well with short stays; a two-bedroom flat in Città Studi or Porta Romana often earns more, and with less turnover, on a contract of a few months. When we visit, we tell you which option makes sense, with the prices for the neighbourhood to hand.

Questions about Milan

All the questions
Is a short-term or a mid-term let better in Milan?

It depends on the home. Tourist areas with good transport links do best with short stays; the areas around the universities and the hospitals with contracts of one to twelve months. Often the best option is to alternate: we’ll tell you after the visit.

How does the tourist tax work in Milan?

The city council applies it, per person and per night, under its own rules: rates, exemptions and deadlines are on the council's website, linked on this page. How it's handled for your home we agree with you at the start; for tax matters, your accountant is the reference.

Do you do property visits in Milan too?

Yes: we arrange a visit and tell you in person what the home needs and what it could earn. If the home is outside the areas we cover, we tell you straight away, so you don’t waste your time.

How much does the service cost?

A percentage of confirmed bookings. No monthly fee: if the home doesn't earn, you don't pay. The percentage depends on the service and the city, and we put it in writing in the estimate.

What do I receive every month?

The statement: bookings, expenses and our commission, line by line. If you want to check before the month is over, there's our app. All the arrangements are agreed with you and written into the contract.

What could your home earn in Milan?
