In Palermo we look after homes in the old town, Kalsa, Politeama and the other neighbourhoods nearby: short-, mid- or long-term rentals, with listings, prices, guests, cleaning and maintenance handled by us and a statement every month. The visit is free.

Palermo has a long season: from March to November visitors come for the old town, the markets, the sea at Mondello and trips around the island, and the airport connects the city with direct flights from all over Europe. The most sought-after homes are in the old town, in the Kalsa, between the Politeama and Via Libertà, or at Mondello for the summer. Light, balconies and care over the details matter here: they are what guests photograph and talk about in their reviews.

In the winter months the university and the hospitals look for mid-term lets, and a well-kept home finds tenants out of season too. When we visit, we tell you frankly what the home needs in order to earn and how to organise the year.

We tell you in the estimate what each option could earn, based on prices in the area and the seasons in Palermo.

Where we have homes in Sicily

Most of the homes we look after are in the city. If yours is outside the centre or in a nearby town, call us anyway: we'll come and see it and tell you straight away whether we can look after it.

On the other side of the island we look after a home in Marzamemi, in the province of Syracuse.

We also work in Turin, Milan, Rome, Genoa, Savona and Olbia; the full list of the areas is on the cities page.

Questions about Palermo

All the questions
When is high season in Palermo?

From Easter to the end of October, with the peaks between June and September. In the winter months demand is lower but doesn’t disappear: events, work and the university keep the city alive.

How does the tourist tax work in Palermo?

The city council applies it, per person and per night, under its own rules: rates, exemptions and deadlines are on the council's website, linked on this page. How it's handled for your home we agree with you at the start; for tax matters, your accountant is the reference.

Do you do property visits in Palermo too?

Yes: we arrange a visit and tell you in person what the home needs and what it could earn. If the home is outside the areas we cover, we tell you straight away, so you don’t waste your time.

How much does the service cost?

A percentage of confirmed bookings. No monthly fee: if the home doesn't earn, you don't pay. The percentage depends on the service and the city, and we put it in writing in the estimate.

What do I receive every month?

The statement: bookings, expenses and our commission, line by line. If you want to check before the month is over, there's our app. All the arrangements are agreed with you and written into the contract.

What could your home earn in Palermo?

Four fields and we call you back. The estimate is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
