In Savona we look after homes in the centre, Darsena, Villapiana and the other neighbourhoods nearby: short-, mid- or long-term rentals, with listings, prices, guests, cleaning and maintenance handled by us and a statement every month. The visit is free.
Savona is both a port and a Riviera town. The cruises that leave from the terminal and the beaches of the Riviera di Ponente bring short stays from spring to the end of summer; the university campus and the port businesses look for mid-term lets the rest of the year. Of the cities we work in, it’s the one where seasonality weighs most, and management has to be planned accordingly: high prices and fast turnover in summer, a steady tenant in the cold months, the home always ready.
The homes that work are in the centre, by the Darsena and in the neighbourhoods near the station, or along the coast towards Albissola and Varigotti. When we visit, we plan the whole year’s calendar with you, not just the weeks of August.

How does the tourist tax work in Savona?
The city council applies it, per person and per night, under its own rules: rates, exemptions and deadlines are on the council's website, linked on this page. How it's handled for your home we agree with you at the start; for tax matters, your accountant is the reference.
Do you do property visits in Savona too?

How much does the service cost?
A percentage of confirmed bookings. No monthly fee: if the home doesn't earn, you don't pay. The percentage depends on the service and the city, and we put it in writing in the estimate.
