Staying in Genoa

In Genoa itself we have no homes at the moment. On the coast to the east we look after one in Rapallo, and more on the Riviera di Ponente.

Where our homes are

Neighbourhoods

  • Rapallo

We don't have homes in Genoa itself at the moment. The one we look after in the province is in Rapallo, on the Tigullio coast to the east of the city, reachable from Genoa by regional train.

Further west, on the Riviera di Ponente, we look after homes from Noli to Alassio and in Sanremo: they are on the Savona page.

We also have homes in Turin, Milan, Rome, Savona, Palermo and Olbia. If you own a home in Genoa, this is how we manage it.

Getting there, and getting in

Before you travel you get directions from the station or the motorway, where to leave the car, and who to write to during your stay.

Check-in, cleaning and what happens if something breaks work the same way in every city: how staying with us works.

Genoa through the year

People come to Genoa for the cruise ships, the Aquarium, the Salone Nautico boat show in the autumn and the concerts.

The tourist tax

Genoa charges a tourist tax on short stays — the imposta di soggiorno — per person and per night. The rate and the exemptions are set by the council and change from time to time: the current ones are on the City of Genoa website (in Italian).

Staying for a few months

The university and the businesses of the port bring people to Genoa for a few months at a time. In the city we have nothing to offer at the moment: write to us anyway, and we'll tell you what we have on the coast.

Stays like these aren't booked through the platforms: tell us the dates, how many of you there are and why you're coming, and we'll tell you what we have.
