Four hundred square metres on a plot of 3,800, designed by the architect Morisse, in the Les Parcs area. The infinity pool measures 14.5 × 7.25 metres, has a hot tub and looks out over the Bay of Canoubiers.
The garden is divided into three spaces, each with its own character: the Medina lounge, modelled on Moroccan courtyards; the Mykonos gazebo, in the shade, for the hottest hours; and the raised terrace of the Gloriette garden, where you watch the sun go down.
The kitchen has a professional Weber barbecue, and you can eat inside or out. There's a Technogym gym looking over the bay, and a TV room with a smart TV and a Sonos sound system.
The tropical garden has a vegetable patch, fruit trees and herbs.

Six suites, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning.
The master suite faces the sea: a bathroom with a double basin, a bath and a shower, and a private terrace with a sun lounger and somewhere to sit.
