Two levels. On the ground floor: the entrance with a cloakroom and a guest toilet, the sitting room with its fireplace, the dining room, the balconies and a loggia that looks over the bay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a bedroom with its own bathroom on this floor.
On the garden level there are three more bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and a door straight onto the garden.
The villa is air-conditioned.
Outside: a terrace set up for eating outdoors, a summer lounge for the evenings, a barbecue and a plancha. The pool is heated and measures 11 × 5 metres, inside a fenced 2,000 m² garden with trees.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom. They are spacious and bright, with windows onto the garden and king-size beds, and the air conditioning can be adjusted.
The bathrooms have rain showers and baths, towels and toiletries.
